Weekly:

A week's worth of cuisine that you can warm up and enjoy at your leisure.

Bi-weekly:

You pick how many meals you would like, I will keep some in the refrigerator for you to enjoy that day or within a few days and the remainder will be frozen for those nights when deciding what to eat is an issue. For the meals I put in the freezer, I recommend you take them out the night before or the morning of and put them in the refrigerator to thaw for that day.
